1. 服務簡介
SoftSketch 讓你繪製塗鴉並傳送至朋友裝置，包括在主畫面小工具顯示。服務由 The Wings Mission Limited（「我們」）提供。功能可能隨時更新、暫停或調整。
2. 帳戶
部分功能需要帳戶（Apple／Google／電郵經 Firebase）。你須提供準確資料、保管登入憑證，並對帳戶下的活動負責。你必須達到所在地合法使用年齡（至少不少於 13 歲）。我們可因違規、濫用或保安理由暫停或終止帳戶。
3. 授權（EULA 風格）
在你遵守本條款的前提下，我們授予你有限、非獨占、不可轉讓、可撤銷的許可，僅供個人、非商業用途安裝與使用 SoftSketch。你不可以：複製（備份除外）、修改、逆向工程（法律強制允許除外）、出租、轉售，或以未經授權方式擷取服務。App 與品牌（包括心意畫板、SoftSketch、吉祥物與素材）的知識產權歸我們或授權方所有。
4. 你的內容
你保留對自己創作塗鴉的權利。你授予我們為營運服務所需的全球、免權利金授權：儲存、傳送、顯示與處理該內容（例如送達朋友、顯示於小工具、備份）。你保證你有權分享該內容，且內容不侵犯他人權利、不違法、不含惡意軟件。我們可移除違規內容。
5. 可接受使用
你同意不會：騷擾或傷害他人；傳送非法、仇恨、色情剝削或侵權內容；干擾服務或嘗試未授權存取；濫用推送、邀請或配額；或以自動化方式大量擷取資料。違反者可能被限制或封禁。
6. 訂閱、IAP 與費用
免費功能以外，SoftSketch Pro 或其他項目可能以訂閱或一次性 IAP 提供，經 App Store／Google Play 購買。價格、試用、續訂與退款受相關商店條款與政策約束；請在商店管理訂閱。驗證成功後我們會解鎖相應功能。促銷碼或測試權益可能隨時變更或取消。
7. 第三方
服務依賴 Firebase、Apple、Google 等第三方。他們的條款與私隱政策另外適用。本網站外連結（包括 thewingsmission.com）由各自營運方負責。
8. 免責聲明
服務按「現況」與「可用」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不保證服務不中斷、沒有錯誤、或適合特定用途，亦不對間接、附帶、懲罰性或衍生損害負責。我們對你的總責任（如有）以你在索償前十二個月內就 SoftSketch 實際支付給我們的金額為上限（透過商店支付之款項按可追溯部分計算）；若你未曾付費，則以港幣一百元為上限。
9. 終止
你可隨時停止使用並按商店流程取消訂閱。我們可因本條款違反或營運需要停止服務。終止後，許可結束；依法須保留的資料除外。
10. 準據法
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，爭議提交香港法院非專屬管轄。若某條被認定無效，其餘條款繼續有效。

Terms of Use
1. The service
SoftSketch lets you draw doodles and send them to friends’ devices, including home-screen widgets. The service is provided by The Wings Mission Limited (“we”). Features may change, pause, or end over time.
2. Accounts
Some features need an account (Apple / Google / email via Firebase). You must provide accurate information, keep credentials safe, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to use the service where you live (and at least 13). We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, abuse, or security reasons.
3. Licence (EULA-style)
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use SoftSketch for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy (except for backup), modify, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), rent, resell, or scrape the service without authorisation. IP in the app and brand (including SoftSketch, 心意畫板, mascot, and assets) remains ours or our licensors’.
4. Your content
You retain rights in doodles you create. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, display, and process that content as needed to run the service (e.g. delivery to friends, widgets, backups). You warrant you have the right to share it and that it is lawful and non-infringing. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to harass others; send illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringing content; disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access; abuse push, invites, or quotas; or mass-harvest data. We may limit or ban violators.
6. Subscriptions, IAP, and fees
Beyond free features, SoftSketch Pro or other items may be sold as subscriptions or one-time IAP via the App Store / Google Play. Price, trials, renewal, and refunds follow the applicable store terms; manage subscriptions there. After successful verification we unlock features. Promo codes or test entitlements may change or end.
7. Third parties
The service relies on Firebase, Apple, Google, and similar providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. External links (including thewingsmission.com) are the responsibility of their operators.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability (if any) is capped at the amounts you paid us for SoftSketch in the twelve months before the claim (store payments counted where attributable); if you paid nothing, HKD 100.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel subscriptions via the stores at any time. We may stop the service for breach or operational reasons. On termination the licence ends, except for data we must retain by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
